【摘要】 中药现代化要求中药材资源的知识产权保护与标准化生产,地理标志保护是农产品与食品的知识产权保护重要内容。安徽现有19种国家地理标志产品,其中,道地药材类有4种,分别为滁菊、黄山贡菊、凤丹、霍山石斛。介绍安徽省国家地理标志产品保护概况,并从产品种类、保护范围、地理标志产品专用标志、国家质量标准、地理标志商标、中药材GAP认证等方面,分析安徽道地药材类国家地理标志产品的保护现状与存在的问题,并提出了针对性发展对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The modernization of Chinese medicine demands the intellectual property protection and standardized production of Chinese medicine materials resources. The protection of geographical indications is the important content of the intellectual property protection of agricultural products. There are 19 kinds of national geographical indications products in Anhui Province. Among them,there are 4 kinds of genuine materials,including Flos chrysanthemi,Huangshan Gongju,Paeonia ostii and D. huoshanense. The protection situation of the national products of geographical indications in Anhui Province was introduced. From the kinds of products,protection scope of geographical indications,the special signs of geographical indications products,national standards of quality ,trademarks of geographical indications ,the certification of good agricultural practice for Chinese crude drugs and other aspects,the present protection situation and existing problems of the national products of geographical indications in Anhui Province were analyzed. And the development countermeasures were proposed accordingly.更多还原
