【摘要】 [目的]为白花蛇舌草的质量控制提供依据。[方法]对中药白花蛇舌草的质量控制方法进行研究,包括性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别、水分检查、灰分检查和浸出物检查。[结果]建议白花蛇舌草的质量标准为:水分不得超过10.0%,总灰分不得超过16.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得超过9.0%,水溶性浸出物不得低于11.0%,醇溶性浸出物不得低于4.0%。[结论]该建议可以为白花蛇舌草质量标准制定提供重要参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]The research aimed to provide the basis for the quality control of Herba hedyoti Diffusae. [Method]The research included the raw material character,micro distinction,physics and chemistry distinction,the percentage of containing water,the lixivium contro1,the ash contro1,and the heavy metal control. [Result]Quality standard was proposed as follows:water content wasn’t higher than 10. 0% ,the total ash wasn’t higher than 16. 0% ,the physiological ash wasn’t higher than 9. 0% ,the total lixivium in water solvent wasn’t lower than 11. 0% ,the total lixivium in ethano1 solvent wasn’t lower than 4. 0%.
