椰衣粉中多酚类物质提取工艺的优化
Extraction Optimization Study of Polyphenol Substances from Coconut Dust
【摘要】 [目的]探索提取椰衣粉中多酚类物质的最佳工艺条件。[方法]采用不同浓度的乙醇溶液浸提的方法,结合单因素试验和正交试验探讨影响椰子多酚提取的主要因素。[结果]研究结果表明,对提取产率的影响程度从高到低的因素依次是乙醇体积浓度、提取温度、提取时间、料液比。在80℃,料液比1:12条件下,采用体积浓度为50%的乙醇溶液提取1h,椰子多酚的提取率最高。[结论]该研究确立了采用乙醇溶液作为浸提剂从椰衣粉中提取椰子多酚的最佳工艺条件,为椰子多酚的工业化生产提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 [Objective] The research aimed to discuss the optimum conditions for extracting coconut polyphenol from the coconut dust.[Method] Combined single factor test with orthogonal test,main factors that affected the extraction of coconut polyphenol were discussed by the method of many kinds of ethanol volume fraction extraction.[Result] The primary and secondary factors which affected the extraction rate were showed as following:ethanol volume fraction > extraction temperature > extraction time > solid-liquid ratio.The extraction rate was highest at 80 ℃,with the radio of solid to liquid being 1:12,ethanol volume fraction 50% and extraction time 1 h.[Conclusion] The optimum method of extracting coconut polyphenol from coconut dust with ethanol solution was established in this paper,these primary results might provide the theoretic basis for the industrial production of coconut polyphenol.
