滇产牙刷草挥发油成分的比较

【摘要】 [目的]比较不同产地对牙刷草挥发油成分的影响。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取云南大理、牟定两地产牙刷草中挥发油,应用GC/MS联用技术对所得挥发油的含量、成分进行分析。[结果]两产地挥发油得率分别为2.31%和3.28%,分别鉴定出44和45种化学成分,其中共有组分37种。其结构类型包括单萜、倍半萜、芳香族和脂肪族,其中萜类化合物的含量最高,主要成分为台薷酮。[结论]牙刷草挥发油含量、化学成分与产地有关。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The research aimed to compare the effects of different locties on the extraction of essential oil from Elsholtzia bodinieri Vaniot.[Method] The essential oils were collected by steam distillation and extraction with methylene chloride.The oil obtained was analyzed by GC-MS.[Result] The extraction rate of oil extracted was 2.31%,3.28% and 44,45 compounds were identified,respectively.In addition,37 components had been found in the oils of above mentioned tow locations.The components included monoterpenes,sesquiterpenoids,aromatics and aliphatics.The main constituent was dehydroelsholtzia ketonel.[Conclusion] The contents and components were related to producing locties.
