车筒竹·箣竹和越南巨竹的力学性质研究

【摘要】 [目的]研究大型丛生竹种车筒竹(Bambusa sinospinosa McClure)、车箣竹(Bambusa blumeana Schult.f.)和越南巨竹(Dendrocala-mus yunnanicus Hsueh)竹材的各力学性质。[方法]选取3年生车筒竹、箣竹和越南巨竹各5株,按照国家标准要求制作各力学强度试件,测定物理力学性质,并与传统材用竹种毛竹为参比进行分析。[结果]车筒竹、箣竹和越南巨竹的顺纹抗拉强度分别达到297.3、279.2、265.0MPa,均比毛竹材的相应强度大,顺纹抗压、顺纹抗剪、抗弯强度和抗弯弹性模量比毛竹材的相应值略小。3种丛生竹的力学强度与竹竿部位有关,从基部至梢部,各力学强度均呈现逐渐上升的趋势。[结论]从力学性能上看,可考虑将车筒竹、箣竹和越南巨竹3种丛生竹种用作竹板材原料。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The research aimed to study the wood mechanical properties of Bambusa sinospinosa McClure,Bambusa blumeana Schult.f.and Dendrocalamus yunnanicus Hsueh which were sympodial bamboos.[Method] 5 bamboos of 3-year old Bambusa sinospinosa McClure,Bambusa blumeana Schult.f.and Dendrocalamus yunnanicus Hsueh were chose.Various mechanical strength trial materials were made according to the national standards requirements to determine the mechanical properties,and compared with Moso bamboo.[Result] The results showed that the tensile strength parallel to grain(δt)of Bambusa sinospinosa McClure,Bambusa blumeana Schult.f.and Dendrocalamus yunnanicus Hsueh were 297.3,279.2 and 265.0 MPa respectively,which were larger than those of Moso bamboo,and their compressive strength parallel to grain(δc),shearing strength parallel to grain(δs),bending strength(MOR) and modulus of elasticity in static bending(MOE) were smaller than those of Moso bamboo.The mechanical strength of the three sympodial bamboos had relativity with the position of bamboo stem.From the basal part to the top,the wood mechanical properties showed an increasing trend.[Conclusion] Bambusa sinospinosa McClure,Bambusa blumeana Schult.f.and Dendrocalamus yunnanicus Hsueh can be used as bamboo board material from their mechanical properties.
