外源甜菜碱对盐胁迫下2种南瓜幼苗生长的影响

【摘要】 [目的]探讨甜菜碱与不同南瓜耐盐性机制之间的关系,明确甜菜碱在耐盐生理中的作用机理。[方法]以黑籽南瓜和青栗南瓜幼苗为试验材料,研究外源甜菜碱(GB)对浓度300mmol/LNaCl胁迫下2种南瓜幼苗细胞膜透性、MDA和根系活力的影响。[结果]在合适的浓度下,外源甜菜碱能够降低盐胁迫下2种南瓜幼苗叶片质膜透性,抑制膜质过氧化产物MDA的积累,提高植物的根系活力。[结论]甜菜碱处理盐胁迫下的南瓜幼苗能够降低盐胁迫对细胞膜的伤害,缓解盐害,提高南瓜幼苗的耐盐性。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The research aimed to discuss the relationship between betaine and the salt-tolerance mechanism of different pumpkins and confirm the mechanism of betaine in salt-tolerance physiology.[Method] Taking the seedlings of C.ficifolia and Qingli pumpkin as test materials,the effects of exogenous betaine on the cell membrane permeability,MDA and root vigor of two species of pumpkin seedlings under 300 mmol/L NaCl stress were studied.[Result] At suitable concentrations,exogenous betaine could decrease the leaf plasma-membrane permeability of two species of pumpkin seedlings and inhibit the accumulation of lipid peroxide MDA and enhance the root vigor of plants.[Conclusion] Pumpkin seedlings under salt stress of betaine could decrease the damage of cell membrane under salt stress,relieve the salt damage and enhance the slat-tolerance of pumpkin seedlings.
