【摘要】 [目的]研究了霍山石斛杂交种与其亲本在3年的生长周期中多糖、生物碱及可溶性蛋白质含量变化的规律,以期为霍山石斛种质资源改良和合理采收提供理论依据。[方法]多糖含量、总生物碱含量及可溶性蛋白质含量分别采用浓硫酸-苯酚比色法、溴甲酚绿酸性染料比色法、考马斯亮蓝G-250染色法测定。[结果]杂交种2年茎与3年茎多糖和总生物碱含量均与霍山石斛接近;杂交种及其亲本多糖含量均为2年茎最高,3年茎下降较大;生物碱含量在3年中均为逐年增高。[结论]杂交种(F1代)药效成分含量积累表现为近霍山石斛的特性。若依照不同的用药目的,则可于第2年或第3年采收,比民间传统的"存三去四"法可提前1~2年。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] Content variations of polysaccharides,alkaloids and soluble protein of Dendrobium huoshanense hybrid and its parents in three year growth period were studied to provide theoretical basis for species quality improvement and proper collection.[Method]The polysaccharides content,the alkaloids content and the soluble protein content were measured in colorimetry of concentrated sulphuric acid-phenol,acid dyes colorimetry and coomassie brilliant blue G-250 method respectively.[Result]The content of polysaccharides and alkaloids in two-year-stem and three-year-stem of hybrid were close to that of Dendrobium huoshanense.As to the content of polysaccharides,the two-year-stem all reached the highest,and the content all decreased much in the third year.As to the content of alkaloids,they all increased year by year in three years.[Conclusion]The accumulation of medicinal components of hybrid was close to that of Dendrobium huoshanense.It might be collected in the second year or the third year according to various medical purpose,one or two years ahead of time.更多还原
