红小豆品种资源叶形指数与百粒重的相关与回归分析

【摘要】 [目的]为红小豆品质筛选及品种多样性研究奠定基础。[方法]以135份小豆品种资源为试材,采用数码相机对其进行拍照,利用Photoshop 6.0图像处理技术获得小豆的叶面积、叶长、叶宽,并对叶形指数及百粒重进行相关与回归分析。[结果]小豆叶片长×宽与叶面积的相关性最强,全缘叶和裂叶叶面积与叶片长×宽的一元线性回归方程分别为:y=0.576 9x-11.416(R2=0.930 9)和y=0.337 4x+82.956(R2=0.589 6);不同叶形品种的叶面积与百粒重均呈极显著正相关,其回归方程为:全缘叶,y=0.008 8x+8.868 3(R2=0.080 8,y为百粒重,x为叶面积);裂叶,y=0.006 4x+7.571 9(R2=0.192 1)。[结论]该研究提供了一种方便、快捷的测定植物叶面积的方法。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim was to lay a foundation for quality screening and variety diversity study of adzuki bean [Method] With 135 variety resources of adzuki bean as the tested materials,they were photographed by digital camera,and the area,length and width of the leaves of adzuki bean were obtained with image processing technology(Photoshop 6.0).The correlation between leaf index and 100-seed weight of adzuki bean was analyzed.[Result] The correlation between leaf length ×leaf width and leaf area of adzuki bean was the strongest,and the one-dimensional linear regression equation on leaf area and leaf length ×leaf width of entire leaves and decomposite leaves were y=0.576 9x-11.416(R2=0.930 9) and y=0.337 4x+82.956(R2=0.589 6) resp.The leaf area of the tested varieties with different leaf shape had very significantly positive correlation with their 100-seed weight,and their regression equation was y=0.008 8x+8.868 3(R2=0.080 8,y was 100-seed weight,x was leaf area) and y=0.006 4x+7.571 9(R2=0.192 1).[Conclusion] The study provided a convenient and rapid determination method on leaf area of plants.
