梭罗草的染色体核型分析

【摘要】 [目的]为梭罗草的开发利用和遗传育种提供细胞学依据。[方法]利用根尖压片法对梭罗草的染色体核型进行了分析。[结果]梭罗草根尖细胞的染色体数目为2n=42,其中包括16对中部着丝粒染色体,4对近中着丝粒染色体和1对近端着丝粒染色体,其核型公式为:2n=6x=32m+8sm(4SAT)+2st;梭罗草体细胞染色体组的总长度为178.26μm,平均长度为8.48μm,染色体长度的变化范围为2.93%~8.40%;按照stebbins的核型分类标准,其核型属于2B型。[结论]梭罗草为染色体组基数x=7的六倍体。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The study was to provide the cytological basis for development and utilization and genetic breeding of Kengyilia thoroldiana(Oliv.)J.L.Yang,Yen et Baum.[Method] The chromosome karyotype of root tip cells of K.thoroldiana was analyzed with squash method.[Result] The results of chromosome counting showed that the chromosome number of root tip cells of K.thoroldiana was 2n=42,among them there were 16 pairs of metacentric chromosome,4 pairs of submetacentric chromosome and 1 pair of acrocentric chromosome,and their karyotype formula was 2n=6x=32m+8sm(4SAT)+2st.The total length of genome of K.thoroldiana was 178.26 μm with average length of 8.48 μm.The variation range of chromosome length was 2.93%-8.40%.According to the karyotype classification standard of stebbins,the karyotype of K.thoroldiana was 2B type.[Conclusion] K.thoroldiana was hexaploid with basic chromosome number of x=7.
