乙酰丁香酮在农杆菌介导的遗传转化中的作用机制及应用
Mechanism and Application of Acetosyringone in Agrobacterium-mediated Transformation
【摘要】 乙酰丁香酮(AS)是一种酚类化合物,可诱发农杆菌内Ti或Ri质粒DNA上Vir区基因的活化和高效表达,现已被广泛应用于农杆菌介导的遗传转化中。从AS在遗传转化中的作用机理、应用历史和其影响因素等方面进行了综述,并提出今后的研究方向,以期为AS在遗传转化中的应用提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Acetosyringone(AS) is a kind of phenolic compound which can induce the activation and efficient expression of Vir gene in Agrobacterium Ti or Ri plasmid.It is extensively used in Agrobacterium-mediated transformation now.The affecting mechanism,application history and impact factors of AS on genetic transformation were reviewed,and the research direction in the future were proposed,which provided some theory basis for the application of AS on transformation.
