吡虫啉农药不同浓度和施用时间对枸杞多糖的影响研究

【摘要】 [目的]为合理使用吡虫啉农药提供科学依据。[方法]在田间条件下研究了10%WP吡虫啉不同浓度和喷药时间对枸杞多糖的影响,药剂浓度和喷药时间分别设置5个处理,药剂浓度以清水为对照,3次重复。[结果]吡虫啉的不同浓度和喷药时间对枸杞多糖含量有显著的影响,药后1、7、14 d的多糖含量有依次增加的趋势。随着稀释倍数的增加,枸杞多糖有增加的趋势,稀释到2 400倍液时枸杞多糖含量下降,但都高于清水对照,1 200倍液和1 800倍液的枸杞多糖含量较高。中午13:30喷药,枸杞多糖含量显著低于其他喷药时间,上午8:30、11:00和下午18:30喷药的枸杞多糖含量差别不大。[结论]吡虫啉10%WP的喷药时间应选择上午8:30~11:00或下午16:00~18:30,药剂量应选择推荐剂量和1 800倍液的剂量较为适宜。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The scientific basis of the rational use of imidacloprid pesticide was provided through the research.[Method] The impact of the different concentrations of 10% WP of Imidacloprid and its spraying time on LBP in the field was studied through the experimental design of the pharmaceutical concentration and spraying time with five treatments and the water being taken as the control,each treatment with 3 repetitions.[Results] The effect of the different concentrations of Imidacloprid and its spraying time on LBP levels was significant and the content of polysaccharide was increased from the 1st,7th to 14th day after its spraying.As the time of dilution was increased,there was an increasing trend in the content of LBP and the content of LBP would be decreased when it was diluted to 2 400 times,but it was still higher than that of the control.The highest content of LBP appeared in 1 200 and 1 800 times of the chemical.Its spraying at noon of 13:30 resulted in the low content of LBP,which was significantly lower than that of other spraying times,and there was not significantly difference in content of LBP among the spraying times:8:30,11:00 in morning and 18:30 in afternoon.[Conclusion] The spraying time of 10% WP of Imidacloprid should be chosen at 8:30-11:00 am or 16:00-18:30 pm and the dosage should be the recommended concentration and 1 800 dilution times of the dose was more appropriate one.
