大豆对镉的累积特性及形态研究
Preliminary Study on Accumulation Characteristics and Speciation of Cd in Soybean
【摘要】 采用污染土壤进行盆栽试验,研究大豆不同部位对镉的吸收情况。结果表明,大豆各部位镉含量依次为果实<根<茎叶,各部位对镉的富集系数均小于1。大豆根、茎叶和果实中水溶态镉分别占各自总量的14.20%、14.94%和62.00%,酸溶态镉分别占各自总量的51.72%、82.10%和96.00%。
【Abstract】 Pot test with polluted soil was carried out to study the absorption of different parts of soybean on Cd.The results showed that Cd contents in different parts of soybean showed as fruit<root<stem and leaf.The enrichment coefficients of all parts on Cd were all less than 1.The contents of water-soluble Cd in root,stem and leaf and fruit of soybean were 14.20%,14.94% and 62.00% of total contents of their own resp.
