【摘要】 以浙江省湖州市为例,对我国被征地拆迁农民满意度进行了调查。结果表明,被征地拆迁居民总体满意度不高,主要表现为对安置房不大满意、对征地拆迁补偿安置政策本身及其执行不满意、以及认为家庭收入水平下降等,并提出了审慎合理实施土地征用行为,提高征地拆迁补偿费和社会保障标准,建立健全征地拆迁法律法规及争议纠纷受理机构等措施,以切实保障被征地拆迁居民的利益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taken the Huzhou City,Zhejiang Province as an example,the land acquisition demolition resident satisfaction in China was investigated.The results showed that the overall satisfaction of land acquisition demolition resident was not high,including the resettlement housing and land acquisition compensation and resettlement policy with its implementation,and reduction in the level of household income,etc.Prudent and reasonable implementation of the land acquisition act,improve the land acquisition relocation compensation and social security standards,establish and perfect laws and regulations on land acquisition and relocation disputes the admissibility of the dispute,such measures were put forward,in order to protect the profits of land acquisition demolition resident.更多还原
