不同添加剂对玉米秸秆打捆青贮品质的影响
Effects of Different Additives on Silage Quality of Crop Corn
【摘要】 [目的]探讨不同添加剂对玉米秸秆青贮饲料发酵品质与化学成分的影响。[方法]试验材料共分为对照组、甲酸添加组、甲醛添加组、甲酸+甲醛(3∶1)添加组和甲酸+甲醛(1∶1)添加组5组。青贮50 d后,打开取样,测定其发酵品质与化学成分。[结果]对照组粗蛋白含量较低。甲酸处理可改善青贮品质,提高粗蛋白和可溶性碳水化合物的含量。甲醛处理并没有明显改善青贮饲料的发酵品质。与单独添加甲酸相比,甲酸+甲醛可以明显改善青贮饲料的发酵品质,尤其是甲酸+甲醛(3∶1)效果最好。[结论]甲酸和甲醛可改善青贮饲料的发酵品质。
【Abstract】 [Objective] To Explore effects of different additives on the fermentation quality and chemical composition of corn stalk silage.[Method] The experimental samples were divided into five groups,control group,formic acid added group,formaldehyde added group,formic acid and formaldehyde(3∶1,V/V) added group,and formic acid and formaldehyde(1∶1,V/V) added group.After fermentation for 50 d,the fermentation quality and chemical composition of samples were examined.[Results] The content of crude protein in control group was lower.Through treatment by formic acid,the silage quality can be improved,moreover,the content of crude protein and soluble carbohydrate can be increased.The quality of silage fermentation can’t be improved by formaldehyde treatment.The treatment with formic acid and formaldehyde could markedly improve the fermentation quality of silage than treatment with formic acid alone.Moreover,the quality of silage fermentation treated by formic acid and formaldehyde(3∶1,V/V) was the best.[Conclusion]The treatment with formic acid and formaldehyde can improve the quality of silage fermentation.
