【摘要】 工业园区是我国推进循环经济,实施可持续发展战略的最为重要和理想的载体,经过几十年的发展取得了一定的成果,也遇到了许多问题。文章从工业园区发展基本轨迹出发,将工业园区的发展划分为两大阶段,并提出在两阶段应分别采取不同的措施,进一步提升我国工业园区的竞争力,进而提高我国的综合国力,使我国在国际经济大循环中逐步占有相对重要的地位,同时又拥有适宜人居的生态环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industrial park,the most important and ideal carrier for us to promote circular economy and carry out the strategy of sustainable development in China,has made great achievements and also encountered some difficulties after several decades of development.In the paper,the development of industrial park is divided into two phrases according to its developing tracks;different measures for these two phrases are proposed in order to further enhance the competitiveness of the industrial park in our country and then to increase the comprehensive national strength of our country so that China can gradually play a relatively important role in international economy cycle and meanwhile be provided with a livable ecological environment.更多还原
