基于VII的定时信号灯交叉口车辆通行引导策略

【摘要】 定时信号灯交叉口是目前城市中最常见的交叉口类型之一,行驶在城市道路上的车辆由于受到交叉口信号灯的约束而造成延误,不稳定的行驶速度和停车等待所产生的排放和能耗不符合当前节能减排和"低碳出行"的要求。随着技术的不断发展,智能车路已经越来越多地应用到解决交通问题中,VII的出现使得车路之间的关系更加协调。论文基于VII的交通环境,面向提高通行效率和节能减排,提出了一种新的定时信号灯交叉口车辆通行引导策略,针对城市主次路交叉口主路车辆延误和排放问题进行深入分析,提高主路车辆的行程时间同时减少了排放和能耗。利用基于VISSIM的COM端口编写的仿真程序并进行评价,优化效果明显。

【Abstract】 Fixed time traffic light on a signalized intersection usually causes traffic delays,instable speed and stops,which produce more emissions and energy consumption,going against environmental protection and low-carbon society.With the development of Intelligent Transportation System(ITS),many traffic problems,which cannot be solved before,has been faced with a great opportunity of optimization.And as an important part of it,Vehicle Infrastructure Integration(VII) allows greater coordination between vehicles and road.A new guidance strategy,which adjusts vehicle’s speed by traffic light and vehicles in front in VII system,is put forward in this paper to study the delays and emissions on urban primary and secondary road intersections,aiming at improving traffic efficiency and reducing energy consumption and emissions.A simulation program based on VISSIM COM interface shows that the strategy achieves significant results.
