巷旁支护充填混凝土流变性能试验研究

【摘要】 在测定巷旁支护充填混凝土坍落度、坍落度损失、扩展度等基本流变参数的基础上,采用L型仪流动度试验测定其流动时间和流动距离。试验结果表明:浆体含量从0.47到0.56每增加0.03,料浆坍落度、扩展度及L型流变仪最终流距都有相应的增加,流动时间T10和T20都分别下降;随着砂率0.35到0.5增加,浆料坍落度、扩展度、L型流变仪流动距离都是先上升后下降,而流动时间是先下降后上升;增大大粒径粗骨料比例,浆料坍落度、扩展度、L型流变仪流动距离都是先上升后下降,流动时间是先下降后上升。

【Abstract】 This article based on the measuring of the rheology characteristics experiment of roadside support backfilling concrete mixture slump、slump loss and fluidity.The flowing time and the flowing distance of the roadside support backfilling concrete were measured by L-type flow measuring instrument.The result indicated that slurry concentration were increased 3% in the range of 47% to 56%,the slump of slurry、spread and L flowing distance were increased,the flowing time:T10 and T20 were decreased individually;With the increase in the rate of sand in the range of 0.35 to 0.5,slump,spread and L flowing distance were increased and then decreased.The flowing time were decreased and then increased;the ratio of big coarse aggregate were increased,slump,spread,L flowing distance increased and then decreased,,the flowing time were decreased and then increased.
