【摘要】 为探明马兜铃科植物寻骨风(Aristolochia mollissimaHance)的有效成分,从而为制定中药寻骨风的质量标准提供科学依据。采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱分离等色谱技术分离纯化其化合物,并根据光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果共分离鉴定了马兜铃内酯、马兜铃酸A、马兜铃酸萜酯Ⅰ、β-谷甾醇、银袋内酯乙五种化合物。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effective chemical constituents in Aristolochia mollissima Hance were studied to provide scientific basis for formulating its quality standard.The constituents were isolated and purified by the silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column detection and so on,and then their structures were identified according to the physicochemical properties and the comparison to authentic samples.Five known compounds were isolated from the extract of Aristolochia mollissima Hance,which were identified as Aristololactone,Aristolochic acid A,Aristoloterpenate Ⅰ,β-sitosterol and Versicolactone B.更多还原
