包膜控释肥对设施草莓生长及产量品质的影响
Effects of Coated Controlled Release Fertilizer on Growth,Yield and Quality of Strawberry
【摘要】 通过"金正大"包膜控释肥与普通化肥的比较,探讨了包膜控释肥不同施用量对日光温室草莓生长及产量品质的影响。结果表明:等量包膜控释肥处理(T3)、减量25%包膜控释肥处理(T4)及减量50%包膜控释肥处理(T5)的草莓生长指标多优于化肥处理(T2)。其中T4处理的叶片数、叶面积、叶柄长、花序数、花序长和根冠比等指标均与T2处理的存在显著差异,分别比T2处理高7.6%、5.5%、5.8%、3.9%、12.9%和1.7%。T3处理的草莓总叶绿素含量、根系活力等指标与T2处理的存在显著差异,且分别比T2高9.3%、18.3%,T4、T5的总叶绿素含量和根系活力都高于T2;不同量包膜控释肥处理改善了草莓的品质,T3、T4、T5草莓果实中的VC含量分别比T2高8.0%、14.1%、2.7%,可溶性糖分别提高20.2%、15.4%、14.5%。施用控释肥的处理也降低了果实中硝酸盐和可滴定酸的含量,其中可滴定酸含量T3比T2低19.4%,T4处理的硝酸盐含量最低,比T2低20.5%。T3和T4处理的产量分别比T2高12.8%、6.4%。另外,施用包膜控释肥还提高了肥料的相对利用效率,T5、T4和T3的肥料相对利用率分别比T2高98.2%,41.9%和12.8%。综合评价,减量25%处理(T4)效果最佳。
【Abstract】 Compared with the common chemical fertilizer(CF),the effects of different application amounts of the kingenta coated controlled release fertilizer(CRF) on the growth,yield and quality of strawberry in greenhouse were studied.The results showed that the growth indicators of strawberry treated with 100%(T3),75%(T4) and 50%(T5) CRF were better than those with CF(T2).Treated with T4,the leaf number,leaf area,petiole length,inflorescence number,inflorescence length and root-shoot ratio significantly increased by 7.6%,5.5%,5.8%,3.9%,12.9% and 1.7%,respectively.Treated with T3,the total chlorophyll content and root vigor significantly increased by 9.3% and 18.3%,in addition,those with T4 and T5 also increased.Treated with T3,T4 and T5,the VC content in the fruits increased by 8.0%,14.1% and 2.7%,and the soluble sugar content increased by 20.2%,15.4% and 14.5%,respectively.The titratable acid content with T3 and the nitrate content with T4 decreased by 19.4% and 20.4%.The yield with T3 and T4 increased by 12.8% and 6.4% respectively,but that with T5 decreased appreciably.The relative fertilizer use efficiency(RFUE) treated with T3,T4 and T5 increased by 12.8%,41.9% and 98.2%,respectively.In conclusion,the treatment with 75% CRF(T4) was the best.
