钉耙注射模设计
DESIGN OF INJECTION MOULD FOR SPIKE-TOOTH HARROW
【摘要】 根据塑料钉耙的材料特性、成型性能及尺寸精度、外观质量要求等,在分析其结构的基础上设计了其注射模具。重点阐述了模具的精确定位、侧向抽芯机构、推出机构,以及浇注系统、排气系统、冷却系统的设计。
【Abstract】 According to the characteristic and shaping behavior of the material,the demand of the appearance and the precision,and the construction of the plastic spike-tooth harrow,the injection mould was developed.The way to design the mould was described,including the locating device,side core-pulling mechanism and ejector mechanism,and the runner system,mould-colling system and gas-release system.
