汽车塑料件翘曲变形CAE模拟分析
CAE SIMULATION ANALYSIS ON WARPAGE OF AUTOMOTIVE PLASTIC PARTS
【摘要】 以汽车塑料件为例,研究其注射成型翘曲的部位及成因。基于数理统计理论,结合正交实验设计方法,采用CAE软件对塑料件进行翘曲和体积收缩率的分析,得出各个因素水平的最佳组合,以使塑料件翘曲变形达到最小,从而提高塑料件质量。
【Abstract】 Taking an automotive plastic part for example.Its every part and reason of warpage for injection molding were studied.Based on mathematical statistics theory,combined with orthogonal experiment designning method,analysised of plastic parts warpage and volumetric shrinkage by using CAE software,the optimized combination of every factor and level were obtained,for minimizing warpage of plastic components and upgrading the quality of plastics.
