【摘要】 以中国国家标准塑料模架为例,阐述了基于UG模具设计模块的塑料模架库的创建方法,并对其进行了应用分析。此方法实现了在模架中加载标准件时的自动装配定位和快速避让孔的创建,且开发过程简单、通用性好、无需编程;但此方法受制于UG的模具设计模块,不能对用户操作界面进行结构性修改。更多还原

【Abstract】 With GB plastic moldbase as an example,the creating method of plastic moldbase library based on UG mold design module is illustrated,and the application of the moldbase library is analyzed.The automatic assembly orientation and avoidance hole creation are realized.The development process is simple and universal;but limited by UG mold design module,this method can not modify the structure of user interface.更多还原
