LC9铝合金半固态坯料制备工艺研究
New Technology for Preparing Semi-Solid Billets of LC9 Aluminum Alloy
【摘要】 采用应变激活与循环加热相结合的工艺制备半固态坯料,并对其工艺过程及组织演变进行了研究,讨论了循环次数、加热温度和保温时间等工艺参数对LC9铝合金组织的影响。研究结果表明,对冷变形的LC9铝合金采用循环加热与应变激活相结合的工艺,可获得均匀、细小的半固态坯料,很好地满足半固态制坯的要求;过度增加循环次数、提高加热温度或延长保温时间虽有利于晶粒的粒化,但会加快晶粒长大速度,促使晶粒粗化。
【Abstract】 A new technology combining strain induced melt activated with cyclic heating was employed to prepare semi-solid billets of LC9 aluminum alloy.The effects of cycle index,heating temperature and holding time on microstructures of semi-solid LC9 aluminum alloy were discussed.The results show that a semi-solid billet of LC9 aluminum alloy with fine and desired non-dendrites microstructure can be obtained,which well meets the requirement of semi-solid forming.The increase of cycle index,heating temperature and holding time is benefit for granulation of the crystal grain of semi-solid,but the excess increment will make the grain grow faster and then become coarser.
