【摘要】 利用VC++6.0和PRO/E软件提供的PRO/TOOLKIT为二次开发工具,对三维铸造工艺CAD系统的浇注系统模块进行了开发。利用浇注系统模块中的计算部分对浇注系统所涉及到的重要参数进行计算;利用PRO/E绘制部分强大的三维造型功能对浇道进行三维造型,实现了对浇道的定位、绘制、修改等。该系统可实现浇注系统模块的设计,提高工艺设计效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using VC++6.0 and PRO/E software’s PRO/TOOLKIT as the secondary development tool, the gating system module of three-dimensional CAD system for casting process was developed. Important parameters of gating system were calculated by the calculation module part; three-dimensional modeling of runner was made using the powerful three-dimensional modeling function of PRO/E, and the positioning, drawing and modifying, etc. of the runner were realized.
