大型涡轮叶片无余量精密铸造尺寸精度控制研究——蜡模尺寸稳定性
Dimensional Accuracy Control of Investment Casting Large-Size Turbine Blade——Dimensional Stability of Wax Pattern
【摘要】 针对某大型燃气轮机第四级透平动叶片(四涡动叶片)在生产中,蜡模表面缩陷严重、尺寸稳定性差等问题,提出了采用冷蜡块二次成形蜡模,蜡模校正模辅助蜡模冷却定形及检验校正,并分析了各制模工艺参数对蜡模的影响,最终拟定的蜡模生产工艺完全达到四涡动叶片蜡模的生产要求。
【Abstract】 To solve the problems of wax pattern happened in the manufacture of the 4th turbine blade of a large-power gas turbine such as bad surface quality and poor dimensional stability, some methods were used to improve wax pattern quality, such as adopting the cold wax and setting die, and the influencing factors of processing parameters on wax pattern were analyzed. Finally, the process for the 4th turbine blade wax pattern achieved the production requirement.
