碱性感应电炉熔炼低磷硫合金钢的工艺控制
Process Control of Low-Phosphorus and Sulfur Alloy Steel Melting by Basic Induction Furnace
【摘要】 采用250kg中频感应电炉,电炉的炉衬为碱性镁砂成型炉衬。确定了合理的合金元素加入顺序、特殊的熔炼工艺以及合理的脱硫磷方案等先进的铸造工艺,成功研制出了符合设计成分要求的低磷、硫合金钢。
【Abstract】 Medium frequency induction furnace of 250 kg capacity with basic magnesite molding lining was used in production of low-phosphorus and sulfur alloy steel.By determining proper addition sequence of alloy elements,special melting process and proper dephosphorizing,desulphurizing technology etc.,the alloy steel,satisfied the designing component,was successfully developed.
