定向凝固条件下Al-5%Fe过共晶合金的组织演化
Microstructure Evolution of Al-5%Fe Hypereutectic Alloy Under Unidirectional Solidification
【摘要】 利用定向凝固技术研究了生长速度和合金元素Cr对过共晶Al-Fe合金初生Al3Fe相生长过程的影响。结果表明:随着生长速度的增加,初生Al3Fe相将发生粗大板片状→厚片状→薄片状→分枝片状的转变。当加入合金元素Cr后,初生Al3Fe相的形貌由粗大板片状、厚片状、薄片状、分枝片状变成块状和片状。同时,讨论了各种形貌组织的形成机理。
【Abstract】 Unidirectional solidification technique was used to study the morphology transformation of Al3Fe phase in Al-Fe alloy under different growth rates and Cr addition.The results show that with an increase of growth rates,the morphology of primary Al3Fe changes from thick plate-like to thick slice-like,to thin slice-like,and finally to branched slice-like.The morphology of primary Al3Fe is also greatly affected by Cr addition.The shape of primary Al3Fe turns into lump-like and flake-like after adding Cr.At the same time,forming mechanism of a variety of morphology was discussed.
