【摘要】 目的调查分析护士怒情绪的不同表达方式与部分情志病证的相关性。方法采用一般情况问卷、状态-特质怒表达量表对1192名护士进行现况调查,观察愤怒、郁怒的易感率,并分析其与年龄、学历、婚姻状况的相关性以及情志病证分布情况。结果筛选出郁怒人群158例,易感率为13.26%;愤怒人群124例,易感率为10.40%;调查到情志病证患者444例,共计出现疾病637例,出现频率较高的疾病分别为胃肠病、乳腺增生病、失眠和经前期综合征;郁怒与年龄、婚姻状况、学历呈正相关;愤怒与年龄呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论愤怒、郁怒两种表达方式对护士人群情志病证患病情况有显著影响,护士人群受郁怒影响较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the different expression ways of anger of nurses and its interrelation with emotional diseases.Methods Questionnaire on general conditions and state-trait anger expression scale were adopted in the investigation of 1192 nurses.We observed their susceptibility of anger,analyzed the correlation between susceptibility and age,education and marriage,and studied the distribution of emotional diseases.Results There were 158 nurses of anger-in type,the susceptible rate was 13.26%;there were 124 nurses of anger-out type,the susceptible rate was 10.40%.There were 444 emotional diseased nurses,and totally 637 diseased nurses.The high frequent diseases were gastrointestinal disease,mammary hyperplasia,insomnia,and premenstrual syndrome.The prevalence of anger-in group was positively related with,while anger-out was negatively related with age,marriage and education.Conclusion The expression ways of anger-out and anger-in is greatly influential on the prevalence of emotional diseases of nurses.The influence of anger-in is significant on nurses.更多还原
