安徽汉族肾阴不足型免疫性不孕不育症患者HLA-DQB1基因多态性研究
Study on HLA-DQB1 Gene Polymorphism of Kidney Yin Deficiency Immune Sterility Patients of Han Nationality from Anhui Province
【摘要】 目的探讨肾阴不足型免疫性不孕不育症患者抗精子抗体与人类白细胞抗原DQB1(HLA-DQB1)基因多态性的关系。方法采用聚合酶链式反应序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)技术,对57例抗精子抗体阳性肾阴不足型不孕不育症患者(免疫性不孕不育症组)和60例正常健康者(正常对照组)的HLA-DQB1基因进行分型研究。结果免疫性不孕不育症组HLA-DQB1*0604等位基因频率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),而HLA-DQB1*0303等位基因频率明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论HLA-DQB1*0604等位基因可能是抗精子抗体阳性肾阴不足型免疫性不孕不育症的易感基因,HLA-DQB1*0303等位基因则可能是其保护基因。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relation between human leukocyte antigen DQB1(HLA-DQB1) gene polymorphism and antisperm antibody of kidney yin deficiency immune sterility patients. Methods Polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers technique was used for the genotype analysis to study the allele in HLA-DQB1 in 57 kidney yin deficiency immune sterility patients and 60 healthy people of Han nationality. Results The allelic frequency of HLA-DQB1*0604 was significantly increased in immune sterility patients than that of the healthy subjects(P<0.05),and the allelic frequency of HLA-DQB1*0303 was obviously lower than that of the healthy subjects(P<0.05). Conclusion The HLA-DQB1 *0604 allele may be susceptible gene for kidney yin deficiency immune sterility patients with antisperm antibody positive,and the HLA-DQB1*0303 allele may be protective gene for immune sterility patients.
