【摘要】 目的观察电针华佗夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将腰椎间盘突出症患者分为治疗组32例和对照组30例,治疗组选取病变节段患侧的华佗夹脊穴施以电针治疗,对照组予以口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗。观察两组疗效并进行相关量表评分。结果在首次治疗和疗程治疗后,治疗组的疗效均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),两组直视模拟标尺(VAS)评分的改善程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),JOA评分除腰痛和下肢痛外其他各项治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论电针华佗夹脊穴与口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗腰椎间盘突出症均能即刻起效,长期改善,但电针疗法具有更好的整体疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture on Huatuo Jiaji points for lumber interverbral disc herniation(LIDH).Methods The LIDH patients were randomized into treatment group(32 cases),treated by electro-acupuncture on the corresponding Huatuo Jiaji points of the affected side,and control group(30 cases),treated by administration of slow-released diclofenac sodium tablets for oral taking.The therapeutic effect and score of related scales were observed in both groups.Results The therapeutic effect after the first-time treatment and a course treatment of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).However,there is no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of the visual analog scale(VAS)(P>0.05).Conclusion In treatment of LIDH,electro-acupuncture on Huatuo Jiaji points and diclofenac sodium could make quick-starting effect with long-term improvement,however,the electro-acupuncture treatment is better in comprehensive effect.更多还原
