【摘要】 目的对我院2007～2008年头孢类抗菌药物的应用情况进行统计,分析头孢类抗菌药物使用的特点和趋势,为临床合理用药和科学管理头孢类抗菌药物提供依据。方法收集我院2007～008年头孢类抗菌药物使用资料,对用药金额、用药种类、用药频度等进行分析。结果2年来我院头孢类抗菌药物的品种数、消耗金额逐年增多。结论我院头孢类抗菌药物的使用在逐步规范化、合理化,但仍然存在问题,一些价昂、高档头孢类抗菌药物的使用频度有增加的趋势,个别品种存在过度使用的现象,应进一步规范抗菌药物的应用,使用药更加安全、有效、经济。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application characteristics and trends of cephalosporins antibacterials in our hospital during 2007～2008 period, and provide the basis of cephalosporins antibacterials clinical rational use and scientific management. Methods To collect cephalosporins antibacterials use information in our hospital from 2007 to 2008 and statistically analyze cephalosporins antibacterials consumption sum, kinds and frequency(DDDs), et al. Results During the past two years, the kinds of cephalosporins antibacterials and cephalosporins antibacterials consumption sum were increasing year by year. Conclusions Hospital use of cephalosporins antibacterials was in the gradual standardization and rationalization, but some problems still existed, such as some high prices and high-grade cephalosporins antibacterials were in the increasing trend of frequency(DDDs), some cephalosporins antibacterials were in excessive use, and so on. Thus, the application of cephalosporins antibacterials should be further standardized, in order to use the cephalosporins antibacterials more safely, effectively and economicly.更多还原
