【Abstract】 Objective To determine the cutting thickniss and the arid time of Radix Achyranthes Bidentata slices . Method Using single factor investigation method. Result It is reasonable that Niuxi is cut 3～4mm and arided 4～6 hours. Conclusion It is important to change Niuxi’s cutting thickniss to shorten the arid time and to increase it’s rate of frying-out.更多还原
