【摘要】 目的观察补阳还五汤加减结合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗缺血性中风临床疗效。方法187例患者随机分为2组,其中治疗组102例,对照组85例。治疗组采用补阳还五汤加减配合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗;对照组维脑路通注射液静脉点滴。结果治疗组愈显率、总有效率分别为81.3%、94.1%;对照组分别为50.6%、87.1%;治疗组愈显率、总有效率与对照组比较,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05);神经功能缺损评分治疗前后比较,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组比较,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05);结论补阳还五汤加减结合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗缺血性中风具有较满意的疗效,可明显改善患者神经功能缺损,显著改善临床症状,对促进患者康复,预防中风后遗症,具有特别临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The clinical effectiveness observation of Buyang Huanwu decoction addition or subtraction working in sulfotanshinone sodium injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred eighty-seven patients were randomly divided into two groups,102 of them were in the treatment group and other 85 patients were in the control group.The treatment group was treated by Buyang Huanwu decoction addition or subtraction working in sulfotanshinone sodium injection.The control group was treated by the venoruton injection intravenous drip.Results The cure-markedly effective rate and the total effective rate were 81.3% and 94.1%,respectively,while those for the control group were 50.6% and 87.1 %,respectively.The cure-markedly effective rate and the total effective rate were significantly different from those for the control group(P <0.05).There was significant difference on the neurological deficit scores before and after the treatment,between the control group and the treatment group(P <0.05).Conclusions The treatment effect of cerebral infarction by Buyang Huanwu decoction addition or subtraction working in sulfotanshinone sodium injection is satisfied.It obviously meliorates neurological impairment in patients and clinical symptoms.It also has a special clinical significance since it accelerates the rehabilitation of patients and prevents of stroke sequela.更多还原
