【摘要】 目的观察针刺对N-甲基-N-亚硝脲(MNU)诱导的视网膜变性大鼠感光细胞凋亡发生的影响。方法选取50天龄的SD雌性大鼠,将N-甲基-N-亚硝脲以50mg/kg剂量一次性腹腔注射诱导其视网膜变性,随机分为针刺组、模型组。观察大鼠视网膜的凋亡变化。结果凋亡高峰第2、3天针刺组与模型组凋亡比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第5天、第7天时各组凋亡指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。针刺可抑制因诱导引起的caspases-3升高。结论针刺能够抑制MNU诱导的大鼠视网膜光感受器细胞的凋亡,其抑制作用与凋亡发生的状态有一定关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on photoreceptor cell apoptosis in rats with retinitis pigmentosa induced by N-methyl-N-nitrosourea (MNU). Methods Fifty-day-old female SD rats were established into model of retinitis pigmentosa by once intraperitoneal injection of 50 mg/kg MNU,and randomly grouped to the acupuncture group and the model group for observing the cell apoptosis in rats and compared with that in normal rats at the corresponding time points. Results Acupuncture showed no effect on cell apoptosis at its peak of occurring,apoptotic phenomena still could be seen on days 5 and 7,but it was significantly less in the acupuncture group than in the model group (P<0.01). Moreover,acupuncture showed a restraining effect on the up-regulation of caspase-3 activity. Conclusion Acupuncture can restrain the MNU induced apoptosis of photoreceptor cells,the effect is correlated,to a certain degree,with the status of the apoptosis occurrence.更多还原
