熔体过热处理对Cu45Zr42Al8Ag5非晶形成能力的影响及块状非晶的DSC研究
Effect of TRT Process on the Glass Forming Ability of Cu45Zr42Al8Ag5 Amorphous and DSC Study on Bulk Amorphous Alloys
【摘要】 在水冷坩埚中采用铜模吸铸法制备出直径3.0mm的Cu45Zr42Al8Ag5合金金属圆棒,研究了熔体过热处理对铜模吸铸法制备块状非晶合金的影响,表明熔体过热处理可以提高块状非晶的形成能力。并采用差热分析(DSC)技术对铜基成分为Cu45Zr42Al8Ag5块状非晶合金进行晶化动力学研究。结果表明,随着过热度的增大,该合金的过冷度(ΔTx)和约化玻璃转变温度(Trg)均增大。
【Abstract】 The ternary alloy rods with diameters of 3.0mm of Cu45Zr42Al8Ag5 have been prepared by copper mold with suction casting method in water cooling crucible. Effect of TRT(thermal rate treatment) process on bulk amorphous alloys prepared by copper mold with suction casting method have been studied. It is found that the GFA (glass forming ability)of the bulk amorphous alloys can be increased by TRT process. With differential scanning calorimeter the study result of the kinetics of the crystallization of the Cu45Zr42Al8Ag5 in the mold of continuous heating showed that with the increase of the heating temperature,the ΔTx and Trg increased correspondingly.
