低铬白口铸铁磨球脆性产生机制及其生产控制方法

【摘要】 低铬白口铸铁磨球脆性是造成其在生产和服役过程中出现异变和失效的主要原因。本文从碳化物形态的凝固特性、组织转变特性、导热能力、制造工序和夹杂等不致密组织引起的内应力等方面详述了其形成过程和产生机制。以此为据,提出了生产控制方法并就作用机理展开了讨论。网状碳化物的断网和形态的显著变化是稳定和提高低铬白口铸铁磨球质量的根本途径。

【Abstract】 The forming process and producing mechanism of brittleness of low chrome white cast iron grinding ball have been described in details from such as solidification features of carbide, microstructure transform features, heat conduct ability as well as inner stress produced by processing procedure and inclusions etc, upon which, method of production control has been suggested with discussion about functionary mechanism. Break of reticular carbide and noticeable shape change would be basic way of steadying and improving quality of low chrome white cast iron grinding balls.
