SFE-CO2技术萃取分离蛋白乳清废液中异黄酮苷元的研究
EXTRACTION AND SEPARATION OF ISOFLAVONE AGLYCONES FROM THE HYDROLYSATE OF SPI MILK SERUM BY SFE-CO2
【摘要】 以分离蛋白乳清废液为原料进行水解,用超临界CO2技术提取水解混合物中的异黄酮苷元.结果表明:乙醇为夹带剂、夹带剂添加比例8%,乙醇/水的体积比70%,萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度60℃,萃取时间120 min,异黄酮的提取率为79.2%.以ESI/MS确定了主要提取的异黄酮苷元为大豆苷元和染料木素.
【Abstract】 The SPI milk serum was hydrolyzed,and the hydrolysate was extracted by SFE-CO2.The result shows that the extraction ratio of isoflavone aglycones is 79.2% by using ethanol as entrainer under the condition of entrainer/CO2 8%(V/V),ethanol/water 70%(V/V),extraction pressure 30MPa,extraction temperature 60 ℃,and extraction time 120 min.The most of the extracted isoflavone aglycones were confirmed as Daidzein and genistein by ESI/MS.
