注射用薏苡仁油防治蒽环类药物化疗相关心脏不良反应的临床观察

【摘要】 目的:观察注射用薏苡仁油对肿瘤患者行蒽环类(anthracycline,ATC)药物化疗引起的心脏不良反应的防治作用。方法:88例接受ATC化疗的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组44例,在化疗同时给予注射用薏苡仁油注射液200mL静脉滴注,每天1次,连用2周;对照组44例,仅接受化疗而不使用注射用薏苡仁油。治疗前后检查心电图和超声心动图中的左心室舒张末期内径(lef tventricular internal diameter in diastole,LVDd)、左心室收缩末期内径(left ventricular internal diameter in systole,LVDs)、舒张早期与晚期充盈速度比值(E/A)、射血分数(ejection fraction,EF)和短轴缩短率(fraction of shortening,FS)等各项指标。结果:化疗后实验组与对照组EF和FS的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而LVDd、LVDs和E/A及心电图异常改变的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:注射用薏苡仁油对ATC所导致的急性心脏不良反应有一定的防治作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the protective effects of Semen coicis oil injection against anthracycline-associated cardiotoxicity. Methods:Eighty eight patients who received anthracycline-based chemotherapy were randomized into test group (n=44) and control group (n=44). The patients in the test group received chemotherapy and 200 mL Semen coicis oil injection every day for 2 weeks and the patients in the control group only received chemotherapy. Electrocardiogram (ECG) and echocardiogram including left ventricular internal diameter in diastole (LVDd),left ventricular internal diameter in systole (LVDs),E/A,ejection fraction (EF),fraction of shortening (FS) were measured to evaluate the cardiac function.Results:There was no statistical difference in EF and FS between the two groups,but the differences in LVDd,LVDs,E/A,and abnormal ECG changes were statistically significant between the two groups.Conclusion:The Semen coicis oil injection prevents the occurrence of acute cardiotoxicity associated with anthracycline.
