【摘要】 目的:研究安徽省肥西县急诊伤害发生的特点和规律,为基层急诊急救工作制定相应的医疗对策提供科学的依据。方法:研究安徽省肥西县人民医院急诊科2006年1月1日-2007年12月31日诊治的所有初诊伤害患者。结果:共报告有效病例4735例,其中男3138例,女1597例,性别比1.96∶1,平均年龄为32.36±18.00岁,伤害发生时间多集中在9～10点(14.55%)和16～17点(14.40%),伤害就诊时间平均为1.08h,伤害死亡率为0.97%,伤害发生的原因以意外伤害为主(79.58%)。其中机动车车祸(31.40%)、跌落(22.03%)、钝器伤(20.15%)。结论:急诊伤害死亡率高,严重危害该地区青壮年农民、中小学学生的健康,急救医务人员应采取针对性和预防性措施,提高救治成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the characteristics of injury in in Emergency departmentand treatment.Method:The data of all injured patients visited the Emergency department in 2006-2007 were analyzed.Result:4735 injured patients were collected.The ratio of male to female was 1.96∶1.The average age was 32.36±18.00.Most injuries occurred in 9~10AM and 4~5PM.The mortality rate is 0.97%.The cause of injury were traffic injury(31.40%)and fall(22.03%)and blunt force(20.15%).Unintentionally injured patients composed of 73.58% of all cases.Conclusion:Injury is badly endangering the health of the residents,First aid and emergency treatments should be made effectively.更多还原
