精铸镍基合金涡轮叶片缺陷激光熔覆修复工艺
Technology of Repairing Fine Cast Nickel-base Alloy Turbine Blade by Laser Cladding
【摘要】 针对精铸镍基合金涡轮叶片的表面缺陷,采用激光熔覆修复工艺进行修复。熔覆材料采用与基材同样的冶金粉末,加入稀土Y2O3和复合剂,降低其开裂敏感性。采用大族数控五轴HANSGS-RYP叶片激光热处理设备,自动化修复处理,经过硬度检测和金相分析证明,修复效果好、质量稳定。
【Abstract】 Aim at the defaults of fine nickel-base alloy cast turbine blade the technology of Laser cladding was adopted.The material for repairing was the same as the based material,but optimize formulation.And the thulium-Y2O3 was added to reduce the sensitivity of crazing.the digital controlled five-axises blade laser processing equipment of HANSGS-RYP was used to automatically repair,through the analysis of rigidity and metallography,The quality for repairing was satisfying.
