喷射成形与铸态ZL108合金的微观组织及力学性能研究

【摘要】 采用喷射成形和铸造两种方法制备了ZL108合金,分析了两种合金的微观组织,测量了其力学性能。结果表明,喷射成形工艺制备的合金具有细小均匀的微观组织;大量孔洞,尤其是带有尖角的孔洞的存在是影响喷射成形ZL108合金强度的重要因素;喷射成形ZL108合金的断后延伸率比铸态ZL108高。

【Abstract】 ZL108 alloys were manufactured by spray forming and casting method.The microstructures of the two alloys were analyzed.The mechanical properties of the two alloys were tested.The results shows that the alloy manufactured by spray forming has fine microstructues.And lots of porosities,especially porosity with sharp angle is a major factor affecting the strength of ZL108 alloy by spray forming;the elongation of ZL108 by spray forming is higher than that by casting method.
