铸造用行波磁场分布规律的研究

【摘要】 分析了行波磁场铸造法冷隔缺陷的形成原因。运用ANSYS8.0软件对行波磁场电磁感应器重新建模,对其所产生的磁场分布进行模拟计算,并通过实验验证其可行性。结果表明:递宽齿距行波磁场电磁感应器所产生的磁场空间能在行波磁场运动方向上形成递减的磁场。

【Abstract】 After analysis of cold shut cast defects deformed by travelling magnetic field casting processing,a new travelling magnetic generator model was built and simulated by ANSYS 8.0 software. And the distribution of magnetic field function was calculated. At last,the equivalent experiments were performed to verify the feasibility of analog computation. The results indicate that,the diminishing magnetic field space arising from the non-symmetrical teeth width travelling magnetic generator can prevent cast defects in the direction of traveling magnetic field.
