纸浆漂白中H2O2稳定性的研究进展
Research Progress of Stabilizing Hydrogen Peroxide in Pulp Bleaching
【摘要】 在制浆造纸中,H2O2被用于纸浆的漂白和脱除木素。过渡金属离子,如铁离子、锰离子和铜离子加剧了H2O2的分解,导致有效H2O2的损失和纸浆强度的下降。为了控制这一问题,必须采取某些措施。该文对于纸浆漂白过程中过氧化氢稳定性的最新研究进行了综述。同时论述了漂白过程中传统稳定剂的作用机理和过渡金属离子引起H2O2分解的机理。另外,讨论了利用螯合剂除去过渡金属离子的最新进展。
【Abstract】 Hydrogen peroxide is used in the bleaching and delignification of pulps. Transition metals such as Fe,Mn and Cu catalyze the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide leading to the loss of active hydrogen peroxide and decrease of pulp strength.Some measure must be adopted to control this problem.This article reviews the new research of stabilizing hydrogen peroxide in pulp bleaching.The stabilizing mechanisms of conventional stabilizers and the catalyzed decomposition mechanisms by transition metals for hydrogen peroxide in pulp bleaching are expounded. In addition,the recent developments in metal removal by chelating agents are discussed.
