【Abstract】 The argument on resuming the "Labor Day Golden Week" ended for now.However,the problem hasn’t been solved.We presented here three contradictions which caused the argument.One is the contradiction in short term,long term and sustainable economic development,the second is conflict in pursuing tourism profit and for social responsibility,and the third is that regulations of paid annual leave of employees contradict with its feasibility.This paper will show that there still are some problems in reform of holiday pattern,such as to carry forward our national culture,in performance of the regulations of paid annual leave of employees,and developing culture of leisure.Thus,the authors concluded that the holiday Pattern needs to be improved and correlative consciousness and culture to be cultivated.更多还原
