节能灯试验设备中恒流源系统的设计与实现
Design and Realization of Current Source System in Energy-saving Lamp Test Equipment
【摘要】 设计了一种运用于节能灯试验设备上的数控精密恒流源智能控制系统。该系统由上位机、下位机和检测板三个部分组成,通过RS-485总线在各个部分之间传输数据,利用闭环控制原理实现32路高精度恒流。系统采用场效应管作为多路切换开关,具有无触点、控制简单和切换速度快等优点。测试结果表明,本恒流源系统可以在80~1 600 mA输出恒定电流,输出电流与给定值误差小于2 mA。
【Abstract】 A new design of numerical control precision current source system used in the Energy-saving lamp test equipment is proposed in this article.This system consists of host,slaves and testing board three parts,transmits data in various parts through the RS-485 bus,can realize 32 channels high-precision current source by use of closed-loop control and uses FET with the advantages of non-contact,easy control and fast switching speed as multi-channel switch.Testing result shows that the system can produce constant current between 80 mA and 1 600 mA with a given error of less than 2 mA.
