【Abstract】 Based on the present situation of city water supplies management in the urban clusters of Central Plains,the paper analyzes the investment channel and structure of city water supplies industry including government investment,the investment in bond,stock financing,foreign capital and private investment and so on.It then analyzes the problems existing in constructing urban clusters in Central Plains and points out the major causes for the universal loss of city water supplies enterprises there and advances some countermeasures for the industralized reform of water supplies in these urban clusters.更多还原
