奥氏体不锈钢超高温氧化失效机理研究
Oxidation Mechanism of Austenitic Stainless Steel During Super High Temperature Service
【摘要】 利用电子显微镜和能谱等现代分析仪器,系统研究了YUS701型高Cr-Ni奥氏体不锈钢在1200℃超高温腐蚀介质环境下长期服役过程中的氧化腐蚀特征及失效机理.研究结果表明:不锈钢表面氧化膜具有多膜层结构,氧化环境及基体-氧化层界面处的元素分布和扩散对氧化膜的结构与性能有重要影响;氧化膜的失效行为主要表现为氧化层中裂纹的产生和不致密氧化层的剥落.
【Abstract】 The oxidation corrosion characteristic and failure mechanism of a high Cr-Ni austenitic stainless steel serving at 1 200 ℃ with corrosion environment were analyzed using scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS).The results indicate that the scale on the stainless steel substrate surface consisted of poly-film layers,depending on the oxidation environment,and the elements distribution and diffusion at the scale/substrate interface.The formation of cracks in the scale and the fall off of the non-compact scale are the main problem at the failure behavior of stainless steel oxidation scale.
