等时间模式在中厚板双机架轧制中的应用
Application of Equal Time Mode to Mill Pacing Control in Double Stands Medium Plate Mill
【摘要】 分析了采用传统等时间模式计算的中间坯厚度不能灵活适应不同操作工对轧制节奏要求的原因,提出了利用实测值对模型中的道次间隔时间进行修正的解决方法。改进后,两个机架的轧制节奏得到很好匹配,轧机能力得到充分发挥。
【Abstract】 The principle of conventional equal time mode was simply introduced.Analysis has been made on the problem that the thickness of intermediate slab which was calculated by the conventional equal time method can not suit different jockeys.Aimed this problem,an improved scheme that adding self-learning function to the model was brought forward.The result indicates that the thickness of intermediate slab which was calculated by improved model can satisfy different jockeys,and improve production capacity.
