退火和缓冷工艺对双相钢组织性能的影响

【摘要】 应用光亮连续退火模拟实验机,研究了热处理双相钢生产中退火和缓冷工艺对钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,γ+α两相区退火温度越高,组织中第2相数量越多,强度越高;在相同退火温度下,缓冷温度越低,越有利于取向附生铁素体生成,未相变的奥氏体富碳越多,淬火后越有利于获得马氏体组织,强度越高;低温退火、低温缓冷,有利于获得多边形铁素体+岛状马氏体双相组织,综合性能更好。

【Abstract】 The effect of annealing and slow cooling process for industrial dual phase steel on microstructure and property was studied.The experiment was performed on bright continuous annealing simulator.The results obtained showed that the γ+α dual phase area temperature is higher,the volume fraction of second phase constituents is more and the strength of specimen is higher.At the same annealing temperature,the lower slow cooling temperature contributes to austenite transforming to martensite resulting from more carbon concentrating on non-transforming austenite due to partial austenite transforming to new ferrite.The higher strength also is possessed at lower slow cooling temperature.The lower annealing temperature and the lower slow cooling temperature in γ+α dual phase area contribute to obtain polygonal ferrite plus island martensite microstructure and excellent integration machine property.
