【摘要】 建立了消栓通络片的质量标准.采用薄层色谱法对丹参、黄芪、三七进行定性鉴别,用反相高效液相色谱测定消栓通络片丹参酮ⅡA、黄芪甲苷、三七皂苷R1的含量.结果表明,3种药效成分在0.2~4.5 mg.L-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率大于94%.本法简便且准确可靠,可用于该药生产的质量标准控制.更多还原

【Abstract】 The quality standard for Xiaoshuantongluo tablet is established.The tanshinon,notoginsenoside and astragaloside are identified by TLC.Tanshinon ⅡA,notoginsenoside R1,astragaloside Ⅳ are determined by Re-HPLC.There is a good linearity between 0.2～4.5 mg·L-1.The average recovery is above 94%.This method is simple,convenient and reliable,and can be used in the quality control of this medicine production.更多还原
